Small retaining wall that we had built for Adam. It is code, with most cities in Texas, for retaining walls constructed of railroad ties to be taken down and rebuilt. Code often requires masonry units to be put in as replacement. Pictures below show that process taking place.

Remove railroad ties
Pour concrete footing with rebar implemented
Lay stone
Install weep holes (predicated on wall placement)
Clean mortar joints
Acid wash
Clean up job site trash

Following the brick repair project, leaning column rebuild, our client wanted to get his front porch and walkway to have an updated look and install stone. He will have his front walkway done, back patio, front column, and a French drain installed when it is all said and done!

When we say your mortar color is backed by our Lifetime Mortar Match Warranty, we mean it! We use our proprietary system to insure every batch of mortar is perfectly blended to match your existing mortar color.
Below are a few examples of our mortar match.
In the first picture you can see about 3 minutes into the drying process how the center of our sample is still wet, and a great deal darker than the edges. It is prudent to re**rd the drying process to avoid forcing moisture out too quickly. In doing this we give the mortar a more natural drying process to obtain the exact match of your mortar.
The following 2 pictures are dried samples compared to the existing mortar at a clients home.

Titan Brick has dedicated crews for new construction masonry projects. These crews are kept separate from our certified repair technicians.
They are trained using different methods, therefor work more effectively in certain areas the others may not.

That said, new masonry projects are done by our masons trained specifically for erecting masonry walls.
Repair projects are completed by our repair masons that specifically focus on repair projects every day!
