Every year they have us come back out with the skid steer and brush cutter to open the property back up, reclaim overgrown areas, and cut fresh shooting lanes.

We’re also incorporating some land clearing to keep the property opened up and easier to access year after year.

Another bunch of timber down and on the fire.

We’ve got the clearing and burning wrapping up and are now moving on to the pond construction.

This one is going to be a unique project — the driveway will cross over the pond dam, providing access to the home site while creating a roughly 1-acre pond that will spill over into a huge watershed behind it.

A lot of dirt will be moved. Stay tuned for progress pictures as this property continues to take shape!

Big things coming together on this one. Finishing up the shop pad on this full property transformation — major clearing, pond work, house pad, and now the shop site. A lot of dirt moved and a lot of progress made. Stay tuned… this place is going to be awesome when it’s all finished out.

Another tough one knocked out by TE Construction LLC.

This area behind the pond dam had constant running water and had turned into a swamp. We came in, dewatered the area, and got the water flowing correctly so the ground could dry enough to work. Once stabilized, we dug leach ditches throughout the area, lined everything with surge rock for drainage and erosion control, and installed an 18” tinhorn to make the crossing solid and usable again.

We also removed trees and burned off a large brush pile cleaning up the entire area up while we were there. Big difference from where it started.

Wrapped up a 32x76 mobile home pad with runners and got the driveway cleaned up while we were there 💪

Everything is prepped, graded, and ready — concrete going in Monday 👌
