hello valued tenets! I was out of the office yesterday due to a unexpected system update in Haskell. If you called about your monthly payment not going through bc you now have a new card, expired card, etc, you can change your payment info, make a payment and more through in the rental center. (not on the app) If you aren’t already familiar with the rental center, you can find a link to it in one of the first 3 email you received when you moved in. Past due payments do not show up in the system until the 2nd of each month and a late fee isn’t applied until the 11th of each month.
