- Project Permitting (for inexperienced investors having troubles getting permits pulled)

- Project Management (overseeing project, hiring and responsible for subcontractors performance)

- Project Consulting (weekly jobsite visits, followed by detailed progression reports)

- Minor Drafting Services (small drawings required to preform certain phases of work)
