Before a new home can be built, there are plenty of tasks that have to be handled prior to construction.

Utility connections, site access, clearing, material laydown areas… the list goes on.

Walt helped get the water meter location staked on the Montgomery project this week. He had a good Friday out on some job sites.

Cleanliness of a job site may not necessarily reflect the level of craftsmanship going into a project, but it definitely reflects the level of care your builder has for your new home.

I place site maintenance high on the list because I want homeowners to feel a sense of pride in the project when they show up to their house for routine check-ins.
