Which activities make you lose track of time? I lose track of time on the activities that I am masterful at. Which has trapped me. Now I don’t want to try new things. List 10 things you know to be absolutely certain. Nobody cares about you outside of how it relates to themselves. Behavior is a reflection of beliefs. Consistency compounds. All but a remnant are trapped. Focus is the investment. God blesses humility with strength of character. The world is an evil place with pockets of good. Wrong decisions cannot be completely undone but corrected. Everything exists on a spectrum that’s connected at both ends. Life runs in cycles.

What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life? What was once uncomfortable with enough exposure & mastery becomes comfortable. if you could see that there is no single magic point where situations flip from uncomfortable to comfortable. Rather a spectrum of growth and maturity than by situations being uncomfortable transition to becoming more comfortable.
