PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: PEPSI R&D – VALHALLA, NY
For the Pepsi R&D project in Valhalla, New York, QSR Steel was selected to furnish, deliver, and install critical structural and miscellaneous steel components within an active industrial environment. Working for Pavarini Construction under Quote No. Q25-069, this project called for precision, coordination, and the ability to execute in real field conditions.
This was not just a straightforward steel package. The work involved installing a new steel mezzanine/platform and stair system inside an existing, operating facility, requiring our team to work around existing conditions and ongoing operations while maintaining safety, production awareness, and schedule. Jobs like this demand more than drawings and fabrication—they demand field awareness, adaptability, and proven ex*****on.
QSR delivered. The project was completed on schedule and on budget, and the client was extremely pleased with the outcome. That performance led directly to repeat business, with QSR being awarded another Pepsi project with the same client.
