🏠 Basement Finish on Rush Lake

This basement room started as an unfinished space with only block walls. We transformed it into a finished, comfortable living area by building the walls, hanging drywall, and installing birch plywood on the ceiling.

We also installed new flooring, trim, and doors to complete the space. Another unfinished basement transformed into a beautiful finished room! 🔨✨

✨ Bathroom Transformation on Rush Lake! 🛁🔨

This basement bathroom went from outdated to completely refreshed!

For this remodel, we:
✅ Widened the shower for a more spacious feel
✅ Relocated the toilet to accommodate the larger shower
✅ Installed a brand-new tile floor
✅ Added a new vanity
✅ Built custom trim around the existing mirror
✅ Kept the homeowners’ existing light fixture

It’s amazing what the right layout changes and custom details can do for a space!
