More ceiling tile work, you have to caulk every line to ensure a uniform look. Time consuming yes, but black and broken lines make for a shoddy looking paint job. It's amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do for a room!

When you think painting a ceiling is no big deal, enter acoustic tiles! In this case water damage, oil primed to stain block, no Kilz does not work, and in order to get rid of the black lines/cracks between every tile you need to caulk every tile to each other. Hard to capture what was done and how labor intensive it is, but here's a few before and after pics of a 25'×15' tile ceiling with partitions. You can expand them. Thank you to my Crane Lake customer for having me back again!
