How to fix sunken accent pavers:

Step 1 - Pull the affected pavers up and expose the base

Step 2 - Add fresh gravel and re-establish a solid, level foundation

Step 3 - Reset pavers and tap them back into place with a dead blow hammer

Step 4 - Check level and lock everything back in so it stays put
