July of 2025, we had the honor of being awarded a 7-8000 sqft house, new construction plumbing, in Glen Allen (Henrico). We had one helper at the time that ran some water pipe, and we did the rest on the rough in. It was a long 4-5 days. 5.5 bathrooms with several additional sinks, two washer boxes, a steam shower, 4 exterior hose spigots on brick, and just an insane amount of pipe. We enjoyed the work, and had some friends from Hanover come this week to help us trim it out. 1.5 days, and we call this job completed and blessed. The Henrico inspector complemented our work not once, but twice and that means something considering they are master plumbers themselves. Out that way, you have real licensed people inspecting your work that have the experience in your work. It’s more of a challenge. Today, we passed final and completed that job. The homeowner didn’t mind our picture taking and was a great help through-out the entire job process. May the Lord bless that family and their beautiful home. May the entire middle peninsula and northern neck be put on notice, we are a one man operation and yes, we can do them that big! Let’s go!

Hey y’all! We now have an updated pricing sheet that we will live by. The market fluctuates, but we try our best to stay the same. Call us for all your plumbing needs! We are putting an emphasis on service work more than ever. The past 6 months, due to our one man crew, we have had to turn away calls. When we started almost 5 years ago, our goal was to be the one to call when the others were too busy. We are putting the focus back on you. We have dropped our bad contractors and are now creating margin for you guys. After all, y’all have been the backbone of our business and we thank you! Our vision is to have 2 trucks manned with 2 people each within 4 years. We are striving for that goal and thanks to a few business entrepreneurs that have given ideas, we will achieve them.

We are the best at what we do, I repeat, there is not a single plumbing company on the middle peninsula going toe to toe with us in plumbing! We will put our plumbing up against anyone’s.

Jesus is still King, don’t forget it. We believe in Him!

Hey everyone! Been awhile, been busy. Thank you for the recommendations and the more than steady business. We also apologize to the ones who we can’t get to.

Just wanted to post it out there for current and future customers/contractors, that our owners age does not negate the fact that he has been around here for a long time. We have seen more successful trade business’s than we have seen failed. Here are some simple rules that we go by to ensure we stay afloat and to avoid future confusion.

1. The bank didn’t hire us, you did. A draw doesn’t hold up our payment. As a general contractor, you’re getting paid a percentage for using us. That percentage you, as a GC, are tacking onto a customers bill (5-30% depending on how you want to sleep at night) is solely based on you paying out of your pocket. It’s not a “finders fee”. Google exists.
2. If you have a set of plans, we go by those. If you decide to change stuff, your price increases. No questions asked.
3. If you take more than 30 days to pay us, that’s okay. But do understand, your future projects and/or emergencies will take that long for us to respond if at all. 60 days? 90? Lose our number. We aren’t out here for fun. We are here to provide a service to the best of our abilities. We would rather be at home with our families teaching the Word of the Lord than working for free.
4. If you can’t afford a 6 figure project, don’t do it. We will work with you and your money issues, but we need to establish a no-loss on our end plan.
5. If you attempt to poke and prod at the bill, that’s fine. We can handle that. We have heard it all. “Well such and such scratched our cheap floors even though we don’t lock the unoccupied doors” or “Our faucet is loose and even though you said to simply call if anything happens we want $500 off.” Or “I can’t afford the other trades so I’ll pick at your price because it’s cheaper…”

Again, we are putting this out there that we are not doing this for fun. We are here to pay bills. That’s it. We keep 10 solid contractors and well over 1,000 customers in the northern neck and middle peninsula. We have weeded through a few shady contractors, mostly upper county middlesex, but we are still here to provide excellent plumbing and knowledge of plumbing. We didn’t come here to learn this.

Jesus is king.

*Currently Hiring*

-This is an entry level position.
-Must have a valid drivers license
-Must be able/willing to lift 50+ pounds sometimes
-Must be able to work Monday through Friday, with Saturday’s being optional.
-Must pass a background check (No sex-offense charges of any type)
-There is not a “get off time”, meaning we start at 7 most days and some days we may be off before 4, but can go much later. More money for you.

*Benefits*
-Range of pay is $16-$18 per hour depending on your willingness to work and learn. (Overtime is time and a half, holidays which are rare, is double time.)
-You will learn the complex dynamics of legitimate plumbing. This isn’t a service only based company. Meaning, we do new construction plumbing for residential work and commercial, along with remodels and service work for both.
-After 1 year of employment, if desired, we will pay and send you to school to Richmond Tech for plumbing to start your journeymen career, which comes with pay increases.
-No tools needed. We are a Milwaukee battery powered company ready to go through Ferguson’s enterprises as a supply house. We don’t operate out of a van. We have an F550 able to carry 3-4 houses worth of plumbing.

All you have to do is be a man/woman of your word and show up eager to learn. Whether your motivation be for family, medical or just to learn, we are here for you. All we ask is that you be here for us. The winter (January) is our slowest time of the year. We will keep you busy.

Also, we expect the people that learn from us to start their own show at some point. You aren’t here to stare at the clock. You’re here to learn the correct way to install/repair plumbing. The going rate for a master plumber is anywhere between $125-300 per hour and on new residential construction $1,000-1,500 per fixture (Commercial is much higher). That being said, come motivated and ready to roll.

You ever seen the show Cobra Kai on Netflix? Basically, we learned from Daniel LaRusso, who was taught by Master Miyagi. Our ways are best!

Our goal is to equip you with essential knowledge, not to secure work. In cases where issues are discovered, you maintain complete control over subsequent actions. The fee for this comprehensive service is $100. Should you prefer to consult with another plumbing expert regarding identified concerns, we acknowledge the value of additional perspectives and harbor no reservations.

In preparation for the winter storm:

1. Close all foundation vents around your home if applicable.
2. Leave a small drip on a faucet at all times if you have an above ground pump.
3. Get the heaters and heat lights on pump areas.
4. If you wake up to frozen pipes, do not panic, it’s common with these temperatures. Once unthawed, check for leaks. Sometimes leaks won’t happen, it’s rare, but true.
5. Disconnect outdoor hoses on spigots and shut your pier water off while also draining the piers down.
6. If you hear a leak and you have a pump that’s not in the ground, shut the main valve off wherever it is located (under house, pump house, next to pump etc.) Do Not cut off the breaker unless you absolutely have to.
7. If you hear a leak and you have a pump that’s in the ground, cut the breaker off.
8. If you need to shut the breaker off to your well for any reason, cut the water heater breaker off if you have an electric tank water heater (tankless does not apply.) You do not want any air to get inside that water heater while on.
9. If you lose water, you can take water and fill the tanks of your toilets up to flush. You get 1 flush per toilet as soon as the water cuts off, this is for extra flushes. Guys, go outside.
10. Fill a bathtub up with water to have for flushing toilets and to get for brushing teeth etc.
11. And most importantly, if you need assistance, call a licensed professional whether it’s us or the next guy to help you. Pay for the warranty, not the headache.
