I want to share one of the most common questions we get from clients. Hopefully this information makes your building journey a little smoother and saves you valuable time during the planning process.
“What do I need to do first?”
The best place to start is with a fully engineered set of house plans. When clients come to us with completed, engineered blueprints, the process moves much more smoothly and efficiently. We can immediately begin obtaining pricing from suppliers and subcontractors, which allows us to put together cost estimates much sooner.
Having engineered plans in hand can often save two to three months in the building process, helping us move from the planning stage to construction much faster. Of course, if you need help picking out plans or having them drawn up, we can help with that too!
