Part 2 Reveal ✨ Hall Bathroom

In Part 1 of this home’s two-bathroom renovation, we shared how relocating the wall between the adjoining spaces made room for a larger primary shower. The former full hall bath became this thoughtfully designed half bath.

A compact corner sink makes the most of the new layout, while a mirrored medicine cabinet adds convenient storage. Durable LVP flooring and soft green walls give the room a fresh, inviting feel.

Part 1 ✨ Primary Bath Reveal

This home was ready for updates to two adjoining bathrooms, and it all started with relocating the wall between them. 🔨 By reworking the layout, the hall bathroom became a half bath and the primary bathroom gained a larger Onyx shower with a built-in niche and a bench. New cabinetry, durable LVP flooring and a mirrored medicine cabinet complete the clean, polished update.

Having previously completed the homeowners’ kitchen remodel, we were thrilled to welcome these repeat clients back when they were ready to update the home’s bathrooms.

In this guest bathroom, the original divided layout and traditional finishes gave way to a brighter, more connected space with custom cabinetry, natural stone countertops, updated fixtures and thoughtfully layered lighting.

A lighted toe kick adds warmth beneath the cabinetry, while the illuminated niche elevates the tub and shower area. The stacked laundry units are also integrated into the design but tuck neatly out of sight behind a pocket door when not in use.

The result is a guest bathroom that feels distinctly its own while flowing beautifully with the rest of the home.

This primary bathroom was ready for a complete remodel. With a layout that no longer served their needs and areas of water damage to address, the homeowners were eager to update the space and create the relaxing retreat they had envisioned.

Improving functionality guided the new design. Removing the oversized jetted tub created space for a larger shower that better suited their everyday needs. For the finishes, they drew inspiration from the home’s beautiful surroundings, selecting natural stone tile and contrasting tones to bring warmth and an organic feel to the room. The cherry cabinetry provides timeless, rich color and built-in shelving, an extended lighted shower niche, and a sleek linear drain elevate the overall design.

Today’s walkthrough features the mudroom and utility area, which was reconfigured to expand an existing small half bath into a bright and modern full bath. The bathroom steals the spotlight with a fresh layout, brand-new shower, vanity, lighted mirror, and more. The adjoining utility room also gained a new countertop, flooring, and smooth ceilings, creating a cohesive look between the two spaces.
