Dormers are becoming a popular option! This 32x36x11 stick built boat garage on Lake Anna has two decorative 6' gable dormers and it turned out looking sharp! The Hardie board and batten siding was chosen to match the house, and the external stairway to the attic room allows it to be a completely separate space from the garage downstairs.

Two cars fit easily in this 24x24 post frame garage! This customer had recently purchased two new vehicles and wanted to get them out of the weather. They reached out and we were able to get those cars inside well before winter.

For security, there are no windows in the walls or entry doors but 2' of transparent sidewall panel on the top of both eaves allows in plenty of natural light. This 40x80x16 post frame garage with 20' lean-to near Petersburg is one of our largest projects to date! The 14x14 garage doors on each end allow the customer to pull his camper completely through or the lean-to allows him to park it outside while keeping most of the weather off. This 28x30 two story garage turned out looking incredible! The customer chose standing seam roofing and pine weatherboard siding to closely match their existing house that was built in the 1800s. Two window rows in the garage door provide plenty of light and there's nearly unlimited possibilities for the complete second floor. Game room? Office? Storage space? It's whatever you want it to be.

What's one of the differences between a Post-frame and a Stick-Frame garage? When the concrete floor gets poured! This post-frame garage is nearly complete; framing, roofing, siding are done. The concrete floor is poured inside the building as one of the last steps prior to installing the garage doors. Since the floor "floats" inside, it uses substantially less concrete than a full-perimeter footer foundation like a traditional Stick-Frame garage.

It's Friday and this customer in Lynchburg is moving into their new garage! The siding, dormers, windows and gable overhangs were specifically chosen to match the house and it turned out looking like it's always been there. This is a 26x36x10 stick built garage with an 11/12 pitch roof, a 12'x36' attic room and three 9x8 garage doors. The customer opted to put in his own foundation and we provided the rest.

Black siding, roofing, windows and doors! This blacked out 24x28x10 garage in Goochland has an 11/12 truss and attic room with stairs. Low maintenance metal siding and roofing mean the only thing they need to worry about is what to put in all their new storage!
