During Phase 1, our team installed the underground plumbing that now supports everything taking shape above it. Today, much of the piping and ductwork is in place.

The real deadline on a school HVAC project is the day students return.

At Sandy Hook Elementary, our team coordinated closely with Trane Technologies, held onsite conversations, and completed the HVAC improvements for this phase of the project. That planning helped ensure students and staff returned to a comfortable, conditioned space.

A look back at a complex chiller replacement our team completed for an industrial customer in Verona, Virginia.

Blauch Brothers planned around extended equipment lead times, confirmed structural readiness, and coordinated a challenging crane lift with trusted trade partners. With the existing chiller already out of service, the installation of the new unit supported the facility's ongoing HVAC upgrades. Careful planning and coordination brought every piece of this completed project together.

Renovations rarely go exactly as planned. On this project, we ran into clashes with existing components early, and were able to get ahead of it fast.
