This August, we're proud to celebrate an incredible milestone of 30 years of Randy Getz being part of the Harman Construction family!
Randy joined Harman Construction in August 1996 as a Superintendent, bringing with him 10 years of prior superintendent experience. Over the past three decades, he has become an invaluable leader whose knowledge, work ethic, and dedication have helped shape countless successful projects - and the next generation of field leaders.
Randy has mentored many of our current superintendents, including Joey Shenk, Jimmy Hull, and J.T. Lam, sharing the experience and leadership that have become hallmarks of Harman Construction.
Throughout his career, Randy has successfully completed a wide variety of projects, and today he continues to lead from the front as Superintendent on the Massanutten 25K Waterpark Expansion. His construction knowledge runs deep, and despite his years of experience, you'll still find him working side by side with our laborers, leading by example every day.
Randy has earned the respect of teammates, clients, and trade partners alike. His commitment to excellence and passion for the industry have made a lasting impact on our company.
