Housecraft is looking to scale its team and construction operations. With 12 years of experience in residential construction we’re scaling into a full-fledged construction company. We’re using systems thinking to create an efficient construction process, quickly delivering high-quality custom homes to our customers. We’re recruiting motivated individuals with experience in construction to help us develop and optimize the process of custom home construction.

Responsibilities
-Skillfully execute hands-on construction tasks
-Supervise daily work of a residential construction crew of 2-5
-Carry out weekly plan and report progress to GC
-Troubleshoot challenges and escalate to manager when necessary
-Ensure orderly site and tools
-Interface with sub contractors
Preferred Qualifications
-2+ years general construction experience
-Precise worker with attention to detail in workmanship
-Construction team leadership experience
-High capacity person eager to grow with the company
