Another Full Design Package in the books for a customer in Ludington, MI!

The customer and builder had a general vision on what they wanted to fit on this relatively narrow site, and from there we worked together to shape that vision into a comprehensive set of prints and renderings. We've attached a couple exterior renderings to this post and this print set will be displayed on our website portfolio.

Just a quick rendering of an agricultural barn with an interior buildout that we had the pleasure of modeling for a customer in Midland, MI. We do affordable draftsman/designer work with a quick turnaround to save our customers the time and hassle, while improving the vision for the end-user.

Check out this permit package we just completed for a customer near TC.

The customer and general contractor for this job worked together to define what they were looking for on this wrap-around porch, then they reached out to MCR to get the permit package ready for submittal. We had this turned around for the builder to submit for their building permit within one week for less than $600.

This saves the builder and the customer a lot of time on the front end, getting you to your project start date that much sooner with that much more clarity. We serve homeowners and builders alike, so don't be shy about reaching out to inquire about our services!

Here's a floor we did last week. It's a waterproof, and highly scratch resistant vinyl snaplock. It's durable, affordable, and installs fairly quickly compared to most other flooring options, so this product lends itself perfectly to remodels!

Happy Monday Everyone!!

Some of you might already know that MCR does new construction homes, but what you might not know is that we can custom design your homes as well!

This design was made for my wife and I, and shows a mock up of the homes furnishings, fixtures, and finishes. (Say that three times fast).

As an added bonus, clients who build new with MCR will receive a complimentary VR walkthrough of the home before we even break ground! This helps clients more easily decern those three F's listed above as well as gaining a better grasp on the key component of home design; spacing. Which can be very difficult to gather from a print alone.
