We’re excited to share that Capaldi’s One Stop Heating & Cooling has officially begun using a new AI Receptionist to help answer calls, assist customers, and keep things moving more efficiently.

As with any new system, this is still a work in progress. We are actively reviewing calls, making adjustments, and working diligently to fine-tune everything so it represents our company and serves our customers the way it should.

There may be a few bumps along the way while we get everything dialed in, and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience, support, and understanding during the transition.

Our goal is simple: improve communication, respond faster, and make it easier for our customers to get the help they need.

We’re excited about where this technology can take us and grateful to have such a great community supporting us as we continue to grow and move into the future.

WE’RE HIRING — EXPERIENCED HVAC INSTALLER

We’re looking to add another experienced installer to the One Stop team.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years in the HVAC trade who knows how to install equipment correctly, takes pride in their work, and doesn’t need someone standing over their shoulder all day.

You need to be dependable, show up on time, work well with the crew, and care about the quality of the job you leave behind. We also expect you to take pride in yourself and how you present yourself. Good personal hygiene, a clean appearance, and carrying yourself professionally are basic expectations here.

We are continuing to grow and need another experienced installer to help us keep up with demand. We’re looking for someone who is good at what they do, knows the trade, and can handle an installation from start to finish.

If you’re the type of person who takes pride in doing things right the first time and you’re looking for a solid place to work, reach out to us.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years HVAC experience
* Valid driver’s license
* Reliable transportation
* Good personal hygiene and clean appearance
* Strong work ethic
* Professional attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to complete HVAC installations properly from start to finish
* EPA certification preferred

Pay will be based on experience and ability.

Hi folks, Joe here from One Stop.

We sure hope everyone is making it through this heat alright. It’s been a tough few weeks, and we aren’t out of it yet.

This is just a friendly reminder that our techs are working long, hard, hot days trying to resolve everyone’s issues. While we understand the heat is brutal and being without AC is frustrating, we ask that everyone remain polite and respectful to our team.

Inappropriate behavior, aggression, or disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated, regardless of who you are. Every member of our team has been given full permission to politely exit any situation that becomes uncomfortable, hostile, or aggressive.
