A lifelong Central PA resident, Bobbie Van Buskirk embodies dedication and expertise in real estate, construction and development. As director of business development for A.P. Williams, Mainline Excavating, Inc., Williams Site Civil, LLC., and Williams Development Partners, LLC, she leads marketing initiatives while fostering strategic relationships with stakeholders across the region.

Bobbie oversees a diverse portfolio of medical offices, surgical centers, commercial offices, retail centers, HOAs and warehouse facilities. She is committed to ensuring safety, efficiency, and tenant satisfaction through her day-to-day management and responsiveness.

She has an unwavering commitment to the community, serving on numerous boards and committees including Midwest Food Bank, the Panther Ram Foundation, NutriPacks, TFEC Women and Girls Fund, the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg, the National Association of Women in Construction and her current role as president of the Kiwanis Club of Harrisburg.

Bobbie has three main passions: gardening, cooking and volunteering. She loves watching plants flourish and unleashing her creativity in the kitchen by experimenting with ingredients. She is also fulfilled by volunteering - giving back to the community and making a positive impact.

The joy of bringing a child’s wish to life is one of the most uplifting experiences imaginable. When that child faces daily challenges due to circumstances beyond their control, the impact of fulfilling their wish is even more profound.

Over the past few months, our teams were honored to have collaborated with the dedicated staff at Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, Delaware & Susquehanna Valley, along with a wonderful family in Central PA, to bring a very special young man’s dream of a “Playhouse” into reality.

Framework Consulting Services and our team engaged with the family to design a “playhouse” that will grow alongside this remarkable young man and his twin sister. Kicking off the project on a weekend, our dedicated office staff and field crew combined their efforts to volunteer their time and ignite the beginning of this journey. Within just two weeks, the A. P. Williams' construction team poured their heart and soul into completing this remarkable structure.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the staff and leadership at Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, Delaware and Susquehanna Valley for inviting us to be a part of this extraordinary wish, allowing our companies and employees to embrace the role of Wish Makers.

Congrats to our team who was out supporting the Home Builders Association of Metro Harrisburg.

🏆 The Second Annual HBA Clay Shoot took place on Wednesday, November 6th, at Central Penn Sporting Clays in Wellsville! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect 80-degree fall day for the event. Thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a memorable day!
