We're excited to welcome Gabriel Gonzalez to the team as our Construction Management Intern this summer! Currently studying Construction Engineering at Penn State Harrisburg, Gabriel is eager to build on his skills and gain real-world experience.

When he's not focused on construction projects, you'll find him fly fishing, watching soccer, or enjoying a slice of pizza. He also likes winding down with his favorite show, Breaking Bad.

We're happy to have Gabriel on board and can't wait to see all he'll accomplish this summer! 🎉

📈 Midway Milestone: Celebrating a Season of Excellence!

Can you believe we are almost halfway through 2026? It has been an incredibly fast-paced, productive six months at Triple Crown Corporation, and we couldn't let this milestone pass without stopping to celebrate our amazing team and partners.

Thanks to the hard work of our multi-disciplinary divisions—from construction and property management to marketing and design—Triple Crown has taken home some major honors this year:

🏛️ CAEDC Economic Impact Award: We are thrilled to be honored at the Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation’s inaugural Awards event! This award recognizes our ongoing investments and significant, measurable economic contributions to making Cumberland County a vibrant place to live and work.

🏆 CPBJ Top Projects Winner: The Residence at Carlisle senior living facility was officially honored by the Central Penn Business Journal as one of the most impactful, high-performing projects in the region!

⭐ HBA Pyramid Awards: We earned multiple honors across individual and community performance categories, proving that the dedication of our outstanding employees is the true engine behind our success.

A huge thank you to our incredible team members who bring their best to the job every day, and to our partners, residents, and community members who trust us to shape the local landscape.

We are almost halfway done—and we can't wait to see what the rest of 2026 brings! Let’s keep building momentum!

We're excited to welcome Alayna Phillips to the team as our Marketing Intern! Alayna is currently studying Marketing at Shippensburg University and is also pursuing a Graphic Design Certificate.

In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her three dogs as well as relaxing at the beach or on the lake. She loves listening to music, watching classic sitcoms, and going out for Mexican food with her friends.

We're excited to have Alayna on board and look forward to a great summer! 🎉
