Ever wonder how a commercial roof restoration actually works?

Here's the process.

Step 1: A base coat of silicone coating is applied across the entire roof surface, covering the existing membrane.

Step 2: Polyester reinforcement fabric is rolled directly into the wet coating at all critical areas such as drains, curbs, pe*******ons, and HVAC units, where movement and stress are most likely to cause failure.

Step 3: The fabric is hand-pressed and brushed into the coating to fully embed it, creating a reinforced membrane over the most vulnerable points.

Step 4: A finish coat is applied over the entire surface, encapsulating the fabric and delivering a seamless, weather-tight system with decades of added service life.

The roof doesn't fail where the coating is thickest, it fails at the details.

That's why we treat every pe*******on like it matters.

Ever stop to consider what goes into restoring a concrete structure? We’re so glad you asked!

✅ Injection ports are drilled into cracks and filled with resin to seal them from the inside out.

✅ Every surface is mechanically ground to remove the weak surface layer and create the bond profile the coating system needs to adhere properly.
