August is all about celebrating one of our own.

This month, we're proud to recognize Joe Noel for 15 years of dedicated service at Ralph E. Jones, Inc.
Over the past decade and a half, Joe has helped shape some of the region's most recognizable projects, including work at the Pennsylvania Forum Building, PennDOT Fleet, the West Wing of the Pennsylvania Capitol Building, Giant Headquarters, and numerous Rite Aid renovations. His commitment to quality craftsmanship and professionalism has earned the trust of both our team and our clients.

But if you ask those who know Joe best, they'll tell you his greatest accomplishments aren't limited to the jobsite.
He's a devoted family man, a baseball coach, a proud dad cheering from the wrestling stands, an avid golfer, and someone who understands the importance of making time for the people who matter most.

At REJ, we believe our company is built by people like Joe—people who show up every day, take pride in their work, and represent our values with integrity.

Construction Opioid Awareness Week may be ending, but looking out for one another should never be seasonal.
