Trying out a new lamp design because our daughter, the art teacher, likes Van Gogh's Starry Night painting. It was fun getting a version of it to work on a lamp. For a second side, she suggested his sunflowers painting. Wow... My first thought upon seeing that painting was "how am I ever going to make a workable lamp stencil that will resemble that thing?" Well... here it is!

Ready for a great day at Central Dauphin!

Central Dauphin High School will be the venue for our first show of the year tomorrow, running from 9am to 3pm. The event benefits the music programs at the high school, making it an excellent opportunity for community engagement. You'll find booths stretching from the cafeteria to the gymnasium, and our specific location will be at the bottom of the half flight of steps leading up to the gym and auditorium. If you make it out, stop by and say hi! Although the recent car crash into the shop set us back, we were able to turn things around quickly and have a diverse selection of products available for the show!

What a week it has been! The shop is fixed and I'm back up and running full speed. I want to thank my brother, Skip Chronister, and my wife, Jackie Chronister for helping me get things back in order. Jackie saw it as a great opportunity to "purge" some junk from the shop (some of which I considered "potential resources"... ok, after years of sitting around, it was time for it to go) 😁

We're looking forward to a great 1st show of the year on March 28th at Central Dauphin High School. We have some new lamp designs, a few more on the drawing board, and new phone stands that have been sized up to handle larger phones... yes Liz Aiken Potter... new displays to handle the larger phone stands- you will be impressed!

We've also added another show to fill our April void. We will be at the Smoke on the Susquehanna show in Wrightsville on April 19th by the John Wright Restaurant. This is a Sunday event. Visit www.chroncrafts.com for more schedule details. Hope to see you soon!
