Since 1928, Novinger’s Inc. Has grown from a small plastering business into a specialty contractor serving commercial construction projects throughout Pennsylvania and the surrounding region.

Five days. One fully enclosed building.

At O.I.P. Union Green, our team worked alongside general contractor A.P. Williams to coordinate the fabrication and installation of prefabricated exterior wall panels featuring a mix of EIFS and insulated metal panel (IMP) finishes.

While structural work progressed on-site, our crews fabricated and inspected the panels at our Harrisburg facility. Once the steel was ready, the panels were delivered and installed in a carefully planned sequence, allowing us to enclose the building in just five days.

This project demonstrates how early coordination, off-site fabrication, and efficient installation can help accelerate construction schedules while maintaining quality and safety.
