Todd pulled the full assembly, inspected for rot, and installed a Bayer Built Gun Metal fiberglass door with a Sandtone Slimline frame. Pre-finished jamb. New interior trim. Caulked tight. Matte black hardware throughout.

The difference between a door swap and a proper replacement is everything that happens before the new door goes in. That inspection step. The jamb. The seal. Most homeowners never see that work, but they feel it every time the door closes right.
