Big changes are coming on this project we are starting this week!

We’re excited to kick off a full exterior renovation and give this property a major facelift from top to bottom. The biggest change? We’re removing the existing yellow vinyl siding and upgrading to LP SmartSide - bringing improved durability, a sharper look, and long-term performance that holds up to Minnesota weather.

This upgrade is going to completely change the curb appeal of the home, and we can’t wait to show you the final result.
