Well, it's that time of year again...Please make sure that your water hose is disconnected from the outside faucet. Check your crawlspace to make sure crawl space doors and vents are closed. If all that fails, give us a call!

It's been a busy, busy day today! Just finished working at 11:00 tonight trying to help people whose pipes had frozen.

Make sure you leave water dripping in your faucets.
If you have a crawl space make sure that your vents are closed & any cracks need to be filled.
If the lid is off of your water meter it needs to be covered.
Keep bathroom doors open overnight so that heat can get to that room. Also keep cabinet doors open at your kitchen & bathroom sinks.

It's going to be colder tonight than it was last night. If you have any water hoses connected to outside water faucets be sure and screw those off. It will keep your faucets from freezing.
