Hey, everyone! We’re getting close to busy season at Bluestem Acres, so we wanted to clarify our rental options and guidelines to make booking a little easier.
🍂 Styled Setup Rentals — Most Are $110 Per Hour
We will have two different fall setups available, with our Christmas setups coming soon! Most styled setups are $110 per hour, although pricing may vary depending on the setup selected.
Everything is completely set up and taken down for you. All you have to do is show up, capture your sessions, and leave when you’re finished!
We also do our best to create a private, designated space for each setup. This helps limit high foot traffic and prevents people from constantly walking through your session or appearing in the background of your images—giving you less to worry about and less to edit out later.
These are private setup rentals rather than general land rentals. You are welcome to step directly beside your reserved setup to capture a few images using the surrounding land, but you must remain within your assigned area.
🌾 Land Rentals — $55 Per Hour
Land rentals include access to one designated area, such as the front portion of the property or the back pasture. This does not include full access to the entire property, styled setups, couches, or additional props.
Because we have animals on the property, photographers and clients must remain in their designated areas and away from animal spaces.
Please also note:
• Pond access is available by request only and depends on the date and property conditions.
• Couches, props, and styled setups require a separate rental.
• Hay bales may be used as a background only. Please do not sit, stand, or climb on them, as they are used to feed our animals.
• All photographers and clients must remain within their reserved area.
