I had the opportunity to serve as the fabrication foreman for a project at TNT. While we made progress, I believe there’s always room for improvement in the way we approach our designs.

For this job, we built a fence panel that could have been even more durable and aesthetically pleasing. Here’s what I envisioned:

 Design Enhancement: By incorporating a top and bottom rail securely welded to a flat strap, which is then attached to the cement block pillars, we can create a more robust frame. This approach improves upon the previous fence design, which involved simply inserting pipes into existing holes and attaching welded wire panels to them.


Structural Integrity: Attaching these rails to cement block pillars with welded wire in between would not only enhance stability but also add a clean, professional finish.

Functional Beauty: This design would ensure the fence is both functional and visually appealing—perfect for any outdoor space!
