First freeze + snow! School has been canceled the last 3 days. There's ice under this pretty snow. So far the fruit trees look like they survived!

Been working on the foundation lately. Had to learn the basics of bricklaying. Luckily we had some extra bricks to make the repair. This is where the old sewer line came thru the wall.

Lost both hives. Looking into the reasons so I can start over. This sucks.

We had an avocado and cherry tree not make it. New ones arrived and it's a beautiful day to plant them! Plus we got a lot of rain yesterday so this old lady dug a hole with no help! Lol.

Check out the roses on the trellis. They've made it to the top!!

First harvest!! 1 super box of 8 frames gave me 20 lbs of honey. Marshall Beekeepers Club is such a great help!!

Had to get a 22 yard dumpster delivered to remove all of the drywall from the house.

Took us 14 days off and on to get it filled.

Saturday Tree day is here!

We got our first batch of fruit trees and spent the morning planting. We bought 14 in all but only 10 have arrived.
