Nice 40X64x14 open sided machine shed for Mr. Wohlers over by Magnolia. Their hospitality was very appreciated! From loaning us tools to assist in replacing the starter in our telehandler to letting the kids swim in their pool when they stopped by the jobsite with lunch.

We’re just wrapping up a 40X80x16 near Audubon (stay tuned for pics) and will be heading near Exira next to start our last project of the year (and first project of next year) being a 50x104 shouse.

Yes we used AI to fill in the area around the building with grass 😬

Tibbets Post Frame Buildings repping in the Shelby County fair parade last night! Was amazing weather for a parade and fun to see all the smiling faces and friendly waves from all in our community!☀️😎

Peep us filling up the mini excavator for Patriot's Choice Contracting, their guys must’ve been too excited to pass out parade candy🍬 and forgot to fill up!⛽️ No sweat, we got your back!😎

Check out this 4400 square foot shouse TPFB built. We broke ground mid October and the customer moved in in April. Good luck doing that with a stick built house. This is a see it in person to appreciate kind of job but here’s a few highlights. Insulated & heated floors throughout entire building (2 separate loops, 1 for house, 1 for garage), R-26 spray foam on all exterior walls, R-70 cellulose blow in insulation in attic. Bathrooms, master bedroom, and all center facing interior walls insulated for privacy, entire house framed with 2x6’s, every wall set with lasers, every single stud laser measured, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, huge walk in master shower, massive pantry, 10’ ceilings throughout, custom safe room/storm shelter integrated into walk in closet, polished & sealed concrete floor throughout, shaft driven garage door openers, I could go on and on! TPFB has completed other projects this year and have a few more buildings to complete before starting another shouse.

Another bathroom renovation completed by Nate & Kasey. This project was for Chad & Skylar. Although removing the cast iron tub was challenging, the newly installed Nextile tub/shower was a huge improvement. Following the removal of existing tile, cement board/mesh, and subfloor (whoever was on the stapler back then wasn’t shy), they replaced the plumbing, made minor framing adjustments, and hung new drywall. The updated LVP flooring and PVC trim helped modernize this bathroom. We appreciate the hospitality Chad & Skylar!
