Upon arrival, I found the basement completely flooded. Noticing the sump pump was unplugged, I asked, "Ma'am, did you disconnect this cord?" She replied, "Oh yes, I unplugged it while cleaning the basement to charge my phone." 🤦‍♂️

Yes, you read that right! We just tackled a wild sewer section replacement. After digging down to the old drain, we pulled out a massive root intrusion along with four squirrels that had somehow made their way in.

We completely replaced the compromised section with brand new PVC and installed a double-sided cleanout to make future maintenance a breeze and keep the critters out.
