Phase 5 of Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head nearing completion and houses are going up. We are very proud to continue our relationship with Minto Communities building this amazing development. Terry R Lee Contracting has provided turn key civil site development services for this development since December 2017. To date we have constructed over 1,400 homesites in this community.

New homes and other amenities will soon be added to an existing development in Hardeeville under a new name, city officials said.

Proud to be underway with Phase 5 of the Latitude Margaritaville development in Hardeeville SC. We were able to get the lift station set last Friday and we are off and running. We are blessed to be a part of this great development.

Hampton Lake Phase 8 Nearing Completion. This makes our sixth phase of Hampton Lake that we will complete and we have already begun Phase 9 which will be the final phase of Hampton Lake. We very much appreciate the relationship we have with our clients which brings repeat business.
