We've been super busy with the addition of maintenance into our schedule for our clients, as this is one of the best times to do so! Here is a before & after of one of those jobs. Here we removed top mm of joint and added new polysand, cleaned the pavers with appropriate product and sealed the patio to prep it for this upcoming winter. We also releveled and mortared the edging. Sealing can protect hardscaping from freeze/thaw cycles, UVA/UVB, strengthen joint and from stains.

Please have a reputable, paver based company take care of your Patio. When not done correctly, they often clean away the poly joint and allow water to pe*****te the bedding layer. They also can scorch the pavers. Contact us today to schedule your Patio maintenance!!

Ironically we had the pleasure of attending the Living Shorelines Training provided by DNREC this past week. Which taught us all the fun ways to help implement Delaware Living Shorelines which help reduce erosion, improve habitat and build more resilient coastlines.

Thank you to all the participants for coming and giving their time to educate us and help protect our Shorelines!
