When we say to our new clients welcome to our family we mean it. I know it’s a line a lot of people will misuse but for me, when you trust me with you and your families lives, it means something different.

The first client that invested with me in New Orleans after Katrina was a man by the name of Thomas Bryant. Tom was told by his former provider of 29 years that they just wouldn’t be able to service him in a timely fashion. He decided he needed a change and I was blessed to take care of him for 2 decades. Many properties and many referrals later I am saddened to report of his passing. We spoke briefly yesterday as he asked to make sure his air was going to be cold when he went home and we did just that only to find out today that he had transitioned to the other side.

Tom, thank you so much for the years of trust bestowed upon me to keep you cool. What’s funny is you were already cool! Apparently the life of the party and a person that could be depended upon in a time of need! I’ll miss you buddy! Until we meet again!
