🌊 The Time Has Come! 🌊

We are excited to announce that our Sponsored Ski Dawgs Adaptive Water Skiing Clinic is scheduled for August 22nd in Bush, Louisiana!

Whether you're living with a physical challenge, a cognitive challenge, or simply looking to try something new in a supportive environment, we'd love for you to join us. We especially love welcoming first-time participants and helping them discover what is possible!

📚 Investing in the Next Generation of Survey Professionals 📚

This week, Ashton, one of our newest team members, began receiving hands-on Civil 3D training from our Lead Surveyor, Steve. Through one-on-one instruction and real-world project experience, Ashton is gaining valuable knowledge that will help build a strong foundation for a successful surveying career.

Steve's willingness to share his expertise and mentor newer employees reflects the culture we strive to maintain at Landmark - one built on teamwork, continuous learning, and professional growth.

At Landmark Surveying, continuous learning is a key part of our success. Recently, team members spent time training on the fundamentals of Section, Township, and Range—critical components of land surveying that help ensure accuracy and confidence in the field.

🌧️ Team Building Between the Storms 🌧️

At Landmark Surveying, even when the weather doesn't cooperate, the learning doesn't stop.

Between storms, our team took the opportunity to invest in what matters most—our people. Experienced crew members spent time training newer employees on surveying subsurface drainage systems and accurately locating and documenting drainage inverts, an essential part of providing reliable data for our clients and communities.

Knowledge sharing, mentorship, and hands-on training are what help build the next generation of survey professionals. We're proud of our team for turning downtime into an opportunity to grow stronger, smarter, and more prepared for the work ahead.

Rain tried to throw us off today—but our team turned it into a win. 🌧️💪
Scheduling became an obstacle course, with crews flip-flopping to stay productive, protect hours, and keep client deadlines on track—without being stuck in the rain all day.
✅ Crew 1: Staking facilities
✅ Crew 2: 23 mile marsh job pivot → securing invert on a key subdivision
✅ Crew 3: Delivering on a major cornerstone project
✅ Crew 4: Pipeline SUE survey & critical Topo project
Big shoutout to Steve, Stanley, and Christin for staying flexible, for stepping in with leadership and support. We truly need the entire team. Proud of this group. This is what a strong team looks like—we make it happen, together.
