🔧 We're Hiring: Service Dispatcher / Coordinator

Chill-Craft Company is looking for an experienced Service Dispatcher to join our team in Baltimore. We specialize in commercial refrigeration and HVAC — and we need someone who knows this business inside and out.

You'll be dispatching a crew of experienced commercial service technicians, prioritizing calls, managing our service board, and keeping the day running. If you've dispatched before in the HVAC/R world and ready for the next step — we want to hear from you.

Pay: $25–$38/hr depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM.

Benefits: Health insurance (company pays 80%), retirement plan with match, life insurance, short-term disability, dental, PTO, 6 paid holidays, weekly pay.

We've been family-owned since 1982. We're not a startup that's going to disappear — this is a career.

Oh, and you should like dogs — we've got a couple of shop dogs who think they run the place.
