Former cantilever deck needed replacement due to age and failure. The 4x8 became a 6'x10' to avoid utilities and deeper footings. This will also allow more usable space out of the door.

Took some evenings early mornings and weekend time to work in a new expanded shot put throwing area for our high school in New Oxford. Shifted the original location out to give more room for spectators and the athletes as well as formed a 2nd competition circle with room between the two for additional practice space to allow for increased participation.

Exterior progress update on the 3 season deck. Our walls of ProVia casement windows are in and we have submitted as built specs for the gable windows to match the lower casements. We have an extension of the open deck to frame and bring stairs to grade.
