Trailer Pump on the Move!

Last week our trailer pump ventured to Rocky Ridge, MD to pour a barn floor. ELSEA was proud to be able to help our customer place 18 cubic yards of concrete for a slab on grade pour. The finished barn space will be used to house heifers for youth 4H projects. We hope both our customer and their project animals enjoy the floor!

Each day of Construction Safety Week focuses on a key part of keeping our jobsites safe. Today’s focus is Respond — taking action on potential hazards before they become incidents.

Recognizing a hazard is just the start. Safety comes from responding early, building protection into the plan, using the right controls, and adjusting as conditions change. The goal is to eliminate or reduce risk before work begins. On our jobsites, responding means consistently being proactive by keeping an eye out for potential hazards and communicating with others on site.

At Elsea Construction Services, safety is built on preparation, accountability, and teamwork. When we respond the right way, we protect our people and keep every job moving safely.
