This is what we are currently working on this morning. A tree fell on the porch roof of this old Victorian home with a custom green tile roof. It pulled the chain out of the wall that helps support roof and found some tile in the stream next to the house. Next stop could be your house.

Another roof with improper ventilation where we found the attic insulation covering the vented soffit. Here we removed the attic insulation, installed the baffles correctly, cut the ridge vent larger, and also installed Owens Corning Ventsure Inflow system under the new GAF Weatherwood shingle roof for additional ventilation.

We just replaced the plywood on 2 houses that had moisture/condensation issues and black mold on the plywood from improper ventilation and attic insulation covering the vented soffit.
