We’re hiring a Design Lead!
This is a detail-oriented position that manages and coordinates design efforts for construction projects, connecting design, engineering, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently from design through startup.
You’ll be involved in:
-Creating shop drawings that guide real-world construction
-Coordinating with engineers and suppliers on project details
-Solving design challenges as they arise in the field and office
-Supporting project coordination, materials, and startup
-Serving as a key technical contact throughout the project
What we’re looking for:
-3+ years of experience in construction engineering
-Experience with SolidWorks, Revit, and Excel
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills
-A team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
