We removed an aging pressure-treated deck and lattice system and reworked the platform and stair layout to create a more natural flow into the yard, now terminating at a paver patio. The result is a more functional outdoor space for entertaining, gathering, and everyday use.

This barn/workshop just got a major facelift!

What started as a structure with significant rot and wear is now a solid, functional space ready for many more years of use. We replaced damaged framing, installed new siding, roofing, and windows, and transformed the interior into a much more practical workshop. Second story is prepped ready to construct an new ADU space.

The answer is actually twofold.

Our company is set up to manage large-scale remodeling projects from A to Z. That includes everything from initial design and budgeting through permitting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, construction, and final completion.

Projects like:
• Home additions
• Major floor plan renovations
• Whole-home remodels
• Kitchen renovations
• Bathroom renovations
• Multi-room remodeling projects

At the same time, our team is carpentry-based, so we're also a great fit for projects of almost any size that involve carpentry. Our employees have extensive hands-on experience with:

• Window and door replacement
• Decks and porches
• Built-in cabinetry and storage
• Custom millwork and trim
• Structural carpentry
• General interior and exterior carpentry projects

Where we may not be the best fit is for projects that consist solely of one subcontracted trade, such as drywall-only, insulation-only, or tile-only work. In many cases, homeowners can save money by hiring a specialty contractor who focuses exclusively on that trade.

🏡 This project wasn’t about needing more space—it was about using the space already there in a better way.

We transformed the basement into just under 1,000 square feet of finished living area, all within the home’s existing footprint. No addition, just a thoughtful rework of what was already in place.

The result is a space that naturally fits into everyday life. After school, it’s where the kids can spread out, turn on a movie 📺, or work on crafts at the kitchenette. It’s easy, comfortable, and just a little removed from the rest of the house in the best way.

And when holidays come around, it becomes something else entirely—full of cousins, noise, and movement. The kind of space that quietly holds those moments without needing to be the center of attention.

We also built in a balance of finished areas and practical storage, along with a new half bath, so the space works just as well on a busy weekday as it does during a full house.

The entire first floor of this Salem, NH colonial was fully reimagined and remodeled to improve how the home functions and feels day to day.

The remodel included:

This kitchen addition — just one part of a larger remodeling project for this early 1900’s bungalow — began when the homeowners came to us with a concept photo of a kitchen they felt inspired by. The goal was to preserve the character and charm of the original home while thoughtfully introducing modern upgrades designed for today’s bakers and home chefs. Through our design-build process, we collaborated closely to transform that inspiration into a kitchen tailored to how they live, gather, and cook every day 🏡
