Ethos construction along with Hometown Tile and Bath LLC recently completed a beautiful two level deck around a swimming pool for a customer. They were ecstatic about the results. We use the latest Deck design software to bring their dreams to reality. We also did an add-on door replacement with a state-of-the-art sliding glass door with built-in blinds and added a outdoor shower area for them.

Ethos Construction along with Hometown Tile and Bath LLC and "Bold Look Design, LLC" completed this huge interior home remodel. We turned an old outdated sunroom into a huge beautiful kitchen with a shiplap ceiling. Then we turned the old kitchen into a coffee bar/living room for an in-law. We turned an open space into a bedroom with custom closet, remodeled the old down bathroom with a new walk-in shower with fresh tile and waterproofing. Finally we removed all the popcorn ceiling through out the entire downstairs. Shout out to Vinny Decesare from DeCesare Electric and Jeff Johnson from Ultimate Mechanical Services for the plumbing!

This is a very high-end bathroom we (ethos collaboration with Hometown Tile and Bath LLC ) did for a customer. It involve a complete gut a lot of subfloor replacement due to the previous shower leaking was not pretty when we demoed. We had a plumber give us a new mixing valve and adjust the pipes as needed. We did a complete waterproof system in the shower and throughout the bathroom to prevent leaking downstairs. Customer was ecstatic with the results and so were we!

Replaced a leaky tub and cracked floor with a brand new tub/ shower enclosure and a new tile floor with an uncoupling membrane to prevent tiles from cracking in the future. Also had to replace all the rotted subfloor around the toilet from a leaky wax seal. Homeowners were thrilled to finally be able to use a tub again (especially with their first baby on the way!)

We updated this customer’s covered porch by sanding the deck and using a long lasting stain. We also demoed the old stairs and landing, framed new stringers and installed trex decking. And renewed and reinstalled the existing custom made hand rail system they had.

This used to be an improperly installed floating floor that was buckling all over the place. Floating floors have to have room to shrink and expand. The floor was pinned down, caulked and cut with no room to do that. We removed the old floor, patched and ground the concrete to make it smooth. We then installed LVT flooring attached with a pressure sensitive glue so that if a tile is ever damaged down the road, all they have to do is peel up the damaged tile and place a new one down with out needing glue since the glue stays tacky forever.

This customer had a floating floor that was buckling and failing. We removed it, grinded and patched the uneven parts of the concrete subfloor and installed an uncoupling membrane with new 12” x 24” tiles floor for them. We also trimmed the new sliding glass door they had installed and added new baseboard. Using the latest technology they now won’t have to worry about the floor failing again.

We converted an old fiberglass tub with three panel fiberglass walls into a beautiful custom shower with a niche and a mosaic pattern up the middle. Preparation is key, we had to change the framing to accompany the niche and the glass doors that were being mounted. We also had to add blocking for the grab bars. I don’t ever like to use plastic anchors in tile to hold heavy things. The niche was custom built, which involved sealing it with a special fabric and a compound all the way around. The shower pan was set in a one and a half inch bed of mortar, giving it an extremely solid feel allowing us to get it perfectly level and making it much more strong and longer lasting.
