Fresh pressure tank > course sediment filter > iron oxidation tank > second sediment filter to remove suspended iron > water softener > final polishing filter > Ultraviolet sterilization > then out to the home! Lots of pressure tanks lately! If you’re running water and hear the well pump cycle on and off constantly. Or just hear it running when the water is running. It’s probably your pressure tank! Mechanical room for a new home! It was challenging working with a small area. But in the end everything laid out good and everything has room to get in and out. This was a whole home plumbing job, domestic water and boiler piping above slab was handled by us!

Lots of plumbing work recently! This is a complete well system conversion, going from an old jet pump in a pit to a new submersible pump with pit-less adapter and all the associated parts! Cleaned up some pipe routing and got rid of some unnecessary stuff at the same time!

Thank you to everyone that has supported me with both plumbing/boiler work and the welding/fabrication work. It’s truly humbling to see the support this community has!

Today officially marks one year since going out on my own and working for myself full time. It was a big jump to leave a stable, well paying job for the relative “unknown” of working for myself. The experience I have gained in the last year and the opportunities that have opened up to me is amazing. I am so thankful to the members of our community that have allowed me to do work for them. And I can’t wait to keep providing the same level of service for years to come.

And thank you to my former employer for refusing my request to leave night shift. That was the last push I needed to make the jump. And It wouldn’t have happened without you!

We had a fantastic day celebrating 250 years of our nation. Family, friends and a good Barbecue. It’s about as good as life gets!
It’s hard to believe that it’s been almost one year since I went out on my own full time. It’s been an incredible experience. And I can’t thank everyone enough for the support!

Well pump and pressure tank swap a few days ago! Well pump had seized up, during trouble shooting also noticed the pressure tank was waterlogged. Both were switched out and full function restored! Well systems, boilers, general plumbing. Don’t hesitate to contact 315-955-4264. Fully insured!

Oil boiler work today! Burner service /cleaning, fuel filter change, flue pipe cleaning, also installed new expansion tank (existing was waterlogged)and pressure relief valve (existing was slowly leaking by). Combustion test and draft measurements!

Some recent work! A filter for an iron removal system (original filter installation was in wrong location, did not remove the left over oxidized iron after media filter). Also an emergency repair replacing circulation pump flanges and a cracked 90 on an outdoor wood boiler system! I will be going back to that system after the heating season to do a complete rebuild to replace other aging components and piping as well!

Some of today’s work! This home had lost heat for a period of time and pipes froze. I got rid of all the pex and sharkbite fittings in the vicinity of the popped joints. All was replaced with copper and soldered joints!
