🌱 Fall Aeration & Overseeding Is Coming!

Fall is one of the best times of the year to improve your lawn, and we’re getting ready to start our core aeration and overseeding services sometime next month!

🌱 Why Core Aeration?
Over time, soil can become compacted from foot traffic, mowing, weather, and everyday use. Core aeration removes small plugs of soil from the lawn, allowing water, air, and nutrients to reach the roots more effectively.

🌾 Why Overseed?
Overseeding adds new grass seed to your existing lawn, helping to:
• Fill in thin and bare areas
• Improve lawn density
• Help crowd out weeds
• Improve the overall appearance of your lawn
• Establish healthier, thicker grass for the following season

🍂 Why Do It in the Fall?
Cooler temperatures and typically more favorable moisture conditions make fall an excellent time for grass seed to germinate and establish strong roots before winter.

I don’t care how tough you are or how used to working outside you think you are the heat does NOT care.

💧 Drink water BEFORE you’re thirsty.
🌳 Take breaks in the shade.
🧊 Keep electrolytes close.
👀 Check on your coworkers, neighbors, kids & pets.
🚨 If you start feeling dizzy, confused, nauseous or weak STOP.

No yard, paycheck, or project is worth a trip to the hospital.

Work hard, but get home safe. 🙏
