Our 2nd Annual Leadership Retreat was one to remember ✨ Our leadership team from the Support Office, Community Managers, and Service Managers came together to connect, grow, and inspire!

We explored Purpose Driven Leadership through “Navigating the Tides” and discovering the “Ripple Effect of Leadership” with Jenny, Kristin, and Ashley 🌊

We wrapped up our training with an inspiring session led by the amazing Toni Blake, focusing on Energy Intentionality 🙌

Our team left feeling inspired and excited to put what we learned into action and make a meaningful impact across our teams 💚
