This featured project highlights the advantage of a simultaneous home and pool build. By managing the residential construction and the outdoor living infrastructure at the same time, we ensured perfect structural alignment and a cohesive finish across the entire property.

➡️ Integrated Site Planning: By building the home and pool concurrently, we were able to coordinate grading and utility runs for maximum efficiency.
➡️ Precision Hardscapes: We installed a custom-poured concrete patio featuring a diamond-patterned design, engineered for a flush finish and long-term durability.
➡️ Outdoor Culinary Suite: The build includes a custom masonry kitchen island with stone countertops and a tongue-and-groove wood ceiling for all-weather protection.
➡️ Cohesive Design: The rectangular gunite pool and fire pit area were surveyed to align exactly with the home’s foundation and primary living areas.
➡️ High-End Finishes: From professional-grade appliances to premium pool coping, every material was selected to ensure the final reality matched the initial rendering.
