My experience working with Lagniappe Maintenance & Construction was outstanding. Joseph Brown Jr. and his guys did a great job on refurbishing my Shed with a new roof and vinyl siding. Not only did they do a top notch quality job at a fair price, they were very conscientious in the way they took care of my property while doing the work. Everything was always kept clean and neat. I was always kept informed from start to finish and Mr. Brown made sure I was happy with everything. I would highly recommend Lagniappe if you are looking for a top notch contractor.

LAGNIAPPE (Lan-yap)
Lagniappe is a word that has its origins in the Louisiana Creole language. The word is derived from the Spanish phrase "la ñapa," which means "something extra" or "a bonus." When Spanish merchants would sell their goods in Louisiana, they would often include a little extra item as a thank you to their customers.

I learned this word while living in New Orleans and I now will live by this forever. I run my business and my personal life trying to do better and “give a little extra” whether it’s a gift, time, extra details, communication- I give my all plus some.
