We’re preparing for the final stage of this addition! Next up is installing a structural steel I-beam to support the roof load before removing the adjoining wall. This step will open up the space and connect the new addition to the existing home. Looking forward to seeing it all come together!

We’re nearing the next major milestone: removing the adjoining wall and installing a steel I beam to connect the addition to the existing home and open up the new living room space. Excited to see this transformation take shape!

Trim-out stage is underway on this kitchen and flooring remodel!
